Initial Consultation
Your specialist visits your home for a complimentary consultation that usually lasts one to three hours. We take detailed photographs and measurements, then talk through a realistic budget and time frame for your project.
Design Presentation
Your specialist works closely with our estimating team to build a personalized proposal and plan for your space. Every detail of your project is considered before we present it to you.
Construction Agreement
Once you approve the proposal, a deposit secures your spot on the schedule. Payments can be made by check, ACH, or credit card, or you can choose one of our financing options.
Pre-Construction
While you finalize your design details, our internal team orders your selected products, prepares construction documents, and secures the permits needed to start your project.
Design and Selection
You work one on one with your specialist to make your material selections and finalize the details of your project.
Construction Phase
Once your materials arrive at our warehouse and your permits are approved, construction begins. Your Design Consultant and Project Manager oversee the work and keep you informed through completion.
The Finish Line
Your space is complete and the design you approved is now real. Our three-year workmanship warranty stands behind the work long after we leave.
